Online reporting tools
There are now a number of online reporting tools available under the downloads section of the website. These will replace the paper forms where these were previously used as well as introducing some new ones.
Online Incident Report - for reporting any incidents at competitions and replaces the existing C12 form.
Collision Report Form - for any collisions or near misses that occur and will be sent to the BFA veterinary advisor for review, this is part of the rule changes from 1st June.
Return to starters online request form - for any dogs that have a need to return to starters.
Judges Tournament Report Form - a form for judges to complete following tournaments.
