Hello, due to the number of entries we have received for our show at Newark in March we are oversubscribe and therefore had to do a draw. The draw which took place over the weekend is as follows-

Hi, the closing date for declared times is the Friday of Crufts (6th March) as this will be a busy time for a lot of people us included could I kindly ask that teams please send their declared times in as soon as possible.

Hi everyone, after a discussion with the team the Nunnies would like to assure everyone that up to now Newark will be going ahead as planned, in guidance with the BFA rosettes will be placed on the table for teams to collect, if however, you are placed but do not want to stay for presentation, rosettes will be available to collect before the end of the day.

Newark Showground have emailed us to say they are going to do everything they can to facilitate us by implementing additional cleaning of halls between uses, portable handwashing stations where appropriate to use prior to entering and on exit from events.

We also ask that teams not 'hang around' after their race but exit the building and understand if teams do not wish to stay until presentation at the end of the day.

Hi please find attached version 3 of the running order, small changes made to Saturdays racing.

After further discussion we have a few updates-

:arrow: In guidance with the BFA certificates and awards are not being sent and rosettes will be placed IN A BAG on the table for teams to collect.

:arrow: We have made the decision to not have a presentation at the end of racing, teams that are placed please send a representative from your team to come collect rosettes towards the end of the day.
Head Judges and Judges will be given their gifts when afternoons racing has finished. Measuring officials please come to admin to collect your gift.

:arrow: Newark Showground have emailed us to say they are going to do everything they can to facilitate us by implementing additional cleaning of halls between uses, a portable handwashing station will be placed outside the white Stanley Sheldon doors. Extra bins will be provided.

:arrow: We also ask that teams not 'hang around' after their race but exit the building and understand if teams do not wish to stay until presentation at the end of the day.
