As many of you will be aware, confirming a venue for the EGM is proving difficult. I have exhausted every option I can think of from school halls, conference centres to equestrian centres in the centre of the UK (Lancashire and surrounding areas). The rules state that an EGM must be held in the centre of the UK, Stoneleigh is not central to the UK but is fairly central demographically.
As our association is membership lead I am asking the membership for your opinion, as ultimately without you there is no association.
I understand there is no venue in the whole of the UK which will suit everyone but in order to not drag the current situation out any longer I can access Stoneleigh on 19th November (providing it is still available as this date was offered 2 weeks ago).
In order to gauge interest I have created a google form, if you would be prepared to attend Stoneleigh would you please be kind enough to fill out the following form so I can see if this venue has the support of the membership.
