Since the last AGM the BFA committee have been researching options to find a voting option that is available to the whole membership without a substantial cost to the association.
We believe we have a suitable alternative, however we are also keen to ensure that we have learnt from lessons in the past around data quality and data cleansing. We therefore have created a voter registration link to ensure that all member emails are correct and up to date.
The benefits of the new system are:

It will allow shared email addresses

There will be an option for proxy voting for anyone that wishes vote but will be unable during the week long voting window

Support will be available out of normal work hours for people that are struggling to vote
Registration can be undertaken at the following link and this will be open until the 22nd October 8pm.
Please can you share the link with your team groups as we would like as many members to partake in the election as possible. Please note that only current adult members when the AGM was announced (September 6th) will be eligible to vote.
